The Riverwood Conservancy’s Board of Directors invites all TRC members to attend the 2026 Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM).
The AMM gives members the opportunity to hear from the board, review the organization’s successes from 2025, learn about plans for the rest of the year ahead, and participate in governance. Members will vote in the election of board members for 2026.

Voting Eligibility
Your membership must be current as of April 22, 2026 to be eligible to vote at the AMM.
Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend the AMM, you may appoint someone to act on your behalf. The proxy must be a member or board member of The Riverwood Conservancy. Please submit the Proxy for 2026 Annual Members' Meeting form below no later than April 15, 2026.
The undersigned member of The Riverwood Conservancy hereby appoints the TRC member or board member named below as his/her nominee.
This nominee may attend and act for the undersigned at the Annual Members' Meeting of The Riverwood Conservancy, to be held on April 22, 2026, and at any adjournment thereof, in the same manner, to the same extent and with the same power as if the undersigned were present at said meeting or such adjournment thereof.
This proxy confers authority for the nominee named to vote in his/her discretion with respect to amendments or variations to the matters identified in the Notice of Meeting or on matters which properly come before the meeting.
