Winter Wreath Design

Let’s create some seasonal wreaths together! Learn how to design, choose plants, and assemble decorative wreaths for the winter season using an assortment of natural greenery. Get inspired and learn how to add some colour to your balcony, patio, or front entrance.

Each participant will make one wreath to take home. All materials and supplies will be included.

Important Information

This program is suitable for all ages. Dress for the weather. This is a rain or shine event, unless severe weather is in the forecast.

No dogs permitted, service animals welcome.

Difficulty Rating

Easy. This program will take place indoors and on the back patio of Chappell House, with accessible washrooms, parking, and entrance.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds may only be processed if a registration is cancelled five or more business days before event day. Cancellations are subject to administrative fees of $10 per registration. No refunds will be given for no-shows. If the event is cancelled due to weather, illness, or minimum registrations not reached, we will attempt to reschedule, or a full refund will be issued based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

About the Presenter

Taya Kehler combined her passions for horticulture and design while completing her degree in Landscape Architecture at Dalhousie University. Her goal is to enhance gardens with eco-friendly practices and year-round interest to encourage pollinators and welcome visitors to Riverwood.
