Join us as we stretch, breathe, and connect with the beauty of nature at Riverwood. This gentle outdoor hatha yoga class is perfect for beginners. Modifications and variations are offered to ensure accessibility for all. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and feel comfortable in your practice.
Important Information
This program is best suited to participants aged 12 and older.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket that you feel comfortable using outdoors. You may also bring yoga blocks or straps, but these are optional. We recommend bringing a small tarp or additional blanket to place underneath your yoga mat, as the grass can sometimes be dewy in the morning.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and dress for the weather. Bring a reusable water bottle and anything else you need to keep cool.
No dogs permitted.

Easy. This yoga session is designed to engage a wide range of experience levels and abilities. Danielle will offer modifications along the way.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to processing fees, no refunds will be given for cancelled registrations for this event. No refunds will be given for no-shows. If the event is cancelled due to weather, illness, or minimum registrations not reached, we will attempt to reschedule, or a full refund will be issued based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Danielle Schwartz is a compassionate yoga teacher, certified reiki practitioner, and mindful meditation teacher dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive space for her students. Danielle is committed to making yoga accessible to all, providing modifications and ensuring that her classes are a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on their yoga journey.
