Join us as we stretch, breathe, and connect with the beautiful nature at Riverwood. This gentle outdoor hatha yoga class is perfect for beginners. Modifications and variations are offered to ensure accessibility for all. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and feel comfortable in your practice.

The Riverwood Conservancy gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Novo Nordisk Chronic Disease Fund at The Community Foundation of Mississauga, a registered charitable public foundation serving people in Mississauga. It is because of this funding that we are able to offer this program free of charge.
