There are many forms of yoga, and the one we will be doing is “Hatha Yoga” a very relaxed, gentle style, where everyone will feel encouraged to enjoy our class together.
Materials will not be provided for this event. Please bring your yoga mat, straps, blocks, bottle of water, and a blanket. No dogs permitted. Please dress for the weather.
Easy. This program will be run on Chappell Lawn, with accessible parking nearby. The yoga practice is just a guide, you can choose how you would like to follow the practice based on your abilities, experience, and how you’re feeling.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may only be processed if a registration is cancelled five or more business days before event day. Advanced cancellations are subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be given for no-shows or for program fees totaling $10 or less due to processing fees. If you can no longer attend, please consider cancelling in advance to allow others to join.
About the Presenter
Anisa El-Amin; Anisa is a headmaster teacher and experienced mindfulness yoga lifestyle educator; who earned the experienced registered yoga teacher 500, and Group Fitness Certification. She has been practicing yoga since childhood, and actively began teaching at the community since 1996. Anisa earned more than 500 hours of positive psychology professional training and more than 4,150 hours of hands-on experience and training in health care and well-being.
