About the presenters
Chelsea Dalton is an environmental activist, cycling advocate, and long-time resident of Mississauga. She earned her Honours BSc at the University of Toronto Mississauga in 2007, and began working at UTM shortly thereafter. She currently works as the Acting Sustainability Manager, Strategic Initiatives in the Department of Facilities Management & Planning. Chelsea is a life-long environmentalist, member of Riverwood’s Stewardship Committee, and citizen member of the City’s Environmental Action Committee.
Stephen Magneron is passionate about energy efficient, sustainable, and affordable construction and renovation. He is Homesol’s lead energy consultant, and is a Certified Energy Advisor (CEA) for ENERGY STAR, EnerGuide, R-2000 and Zero Energy Homes, including multi-unit buildings, and has evaluated over 3,000 new and existing homes for NRCan programs. Stephen is also qualified as a Green Rater and Quality Assurance Designate for LEED for Homes and Mid-Rise, and a Certified Passive House Consultant.
