Qi Gong at Riverwood

September 28 @ 4:00 pm 5:00 pm

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that helps to cultivate the flow of energy and promote health. This practice involves gentle, evenly paced, flowing movements aligned with breath which has a calming and healing effect on the body and mind. When practiced regularly, it helps to release tension and improve coordination, balance, and flexibility.
