About the Instructor
Sabina Erlich is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a life and spiritual coach. She is the Founder and Director of Hatch Yoga, formerly a brick and mortar Yoga Studio in Mississauga that transformed into a virtual studio since the beginning of the pandemic. Sabina runs a Yoga Teacher Training Program recognized by the Yoga Alliance and has trained and certified a large amount of teachers over the years. She teaches Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga, and given that she is a marathon runner she also has great knowledge and experience in teaching yoga for runners. She is the author of “The Art of Asana” and “Hatch Restorative Manual”.
